Our Story
The Shortened One
Kelly and Jenni, together with their two children, have been devoted missionaries in Latin America since 2018. Their individual paths began in distinctly different directions, but after their marriage in 2005, God began to shape a shared purpose for their lives. Within a few years, both felt a profound call to dedicate themselves to full-time ministry.

Jenni is an ordained pastor with the Assemblies of God, and she has been engaged in ministry for over 15 years. Her experience includes serving as church treasurer, children's ministry coordinator, and as a key member of a five-year outreach initiative as a women’s pastor in a non-denominational community ministry. In this capacity, Jenni empowered women, equipped them with biblical truth, and helped them recognize the strength of their shared experiences. She holds a degree in education and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in organizational leadership.

Kelly spent a decade serving on the church board and as a deacon, alongside a 16-year career as a machinist. Before committing to full-time missions, Jenni and Kelly served as Outreach Pastors at their local church for five years, focusing on community engagement through compassion ministries. They worked alongside organizations providing aid to those facing hunger and disaster. Additionally, Jenni served on the church board while Kelly volunteered as a "Hunger Hero."

Before entering the mission field, Kelly and Jenni had the privilege of opening their home to children in need, providing a safe, loving environment for children in search of hope and stability. Their first mission assignment led them to Guatemala, where they contributed to improving access to education, facilitated Christian discipleship, and taught English to street children. Kelly led initiatives that created safe spaces for children to encounter God’s love and care.
Today, Kelly and Jenni lead a team of dedicated, Christ-centered individuals whose hearts align with God’s mission. Through their ministry, Hola Hope, they are committed to making the gospel accessible to people from all backgrounds, wherever they may be.
