Teams Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant

​TEAMS COORDINATOR

​

Curtis serves Hola Hope as the Teams Coordinator and together within the ministries of the Conradys help oversee the recruiting, planning, and execution of teams visiting. This role allows him to serve side by side with other team members who coordinate various other projects. 

​​

Curtis also helps our team to develop partners in under reached, overlooked areas.  He is also forms part of the team that will take exploratory trips to connect Hola Hope with local leaders to reach out and help to grow the church in under reached areas.

Curtis helps to manage teams for a variety of tasks, which may include:  construction, kids crusades, women and men's events, evangelism, school programs, and church services.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Ashley works directly alongside the directors to keep everything going and is  the ultimate team player.

​

She is the "Goose" to our Maverick, a "gopher" for Jesus, the glue and filler that helps keep the team sticking together. She has a heart that is ready and willing to serve in a variety of different ways.  This position is unique because you will be serving in so many different areas, working directly alongside every person on the Hola Hope team.  ​

 

Ashely takes care of administrative and office duties from the Hope House, such as creating reports and documents.  It may include developing curriculum and lessons for ministries, prepping meal boxes, traveling to project sites, serving alongside teams and helping to lead events.  Many days will she just runs errands, and help our team to have everything they need to run their positions smoothly.
